The Indiana Independent Auto Dealers Association is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors and supported by a dynamic Vendor Advisory Council. These leaders uphold the association’s mission to serve independent dealers and partners across Indiana with transparency, strength, and service.

• Ensure truth and accuracy in advertising and sales.

• Avoid damaging the reputation of fellow members.

• Guarantee clear title to every vehicle sold.

• Honor guarantees issued with vehicle sales.

• Avoid any conduct that discredits the independent auto industry.

• Expose and oppose fraudulent or deceptive practices.

• Continuously improve business practices to better serve the public.

• Act with integrity, honor, and fairness toward all.
