INDIANAPOLIS, IN – March 21, 2025 — The Indiana Independent Auto Dealers Association (IIADA) proudly announces the appointment of Arron Stanton as its new Executive Director. A passionate community leader, entrepreneur, and founder of Synergize, Stanton brings a strong relational leadership style and deep commitment to elevating independent dealers across the state of Indiana.

In this role, Stanton will lead the association into a new chapter of growth, member engagement, and industry advocacy—building on the strong foundation established since Sand Strategies assumed management of the association in 2021

“We're incredibly proud of how far we've come since 2021,” said Zack Sand, President of Sand Strategies. “With Arron's leadership, we're excited to deepen our connections with members and continue building an association that supports the modern independent dealer.”

Momentum from a Strong Foundation

Since 2021, Sand Strategies has guided IIADA through a period of revitalization and expansion. In that time, the association has:

• Launched the official Pre-Licensing Education Program

• Released a fully redesigned website and membership portal

• Rolled out a member-exclusive Association Health Plan

• Grown membership across the state

• Strengthened vendor partnerships and built new sponsorship opportunities

• Reintroduced a statewide Annual Convention

• And successfully revived the Association post-pandemic with renewed energy and vision
  

The appointment of Stanton represents a continuation of this progress, with a leadership focus on relationships, advocacy, education, and expanded opportunities for members.

“Appointing Arron brings fresh energy, strong relationships, and a clear vision to build on the incredible work already underway,” added Sand.

Arron Stanton is best known as the founder and visionary behind Synergize, a relationship-forward networking organization based in Carmel, Indiana. Synergize brings together business owners, civic leaders, nonprofit executives, and professionals around a shared mission: to create spaces where people connect as friends, share their stories, support one another, and make a meaningful impact in their lives and communities.
