E-Lien Change - July 1st 2023 Deadline

Lienholders who qualify (process 12 or more lien transactions per month) for e-lien under this criterion but are not enrolled in the program will be
out of compliance with Indiana Code 9-17-5-6(j)(5). If no steps are taken by qualifying
lienholders to comply with the requirements by the deadline, paper liens submitted by said
lienholder could be deprioritized until work necessary for those compliant lienholders has been
completed.
